A total of 15 students from the Al Imam Muslim Primary School for boys visited the Musaffah Police Station, of the Peripheral Areas Directorate at Abu Dhabi Police GHQ.

Major Salem Abdullah Al Shehhi, Director of Operations and Major Hamad Rakan Al Rashidi, Community Police branch manager, gave the students an overview of the strategic initiative to support young people. This initiative is part of the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ’s priorities to support the youth, and integrate them into society.

Major Hamad Rakan Al Rashidi briefed the students on the initiative’s main objectives which aim to curb the negative behaviors and strengthen relations between young people and the police. He valued the keenness of Abu Dhabi Education Council and the school management to organize the visit, which embodies the Abu Dhabi Police’s strategy. Moreover, he underscored the importance of concerted efforts of the various entities with the police, to promote the security process, and the mutual cooperation to address all negative behaviors.

For his part, Lieutenant Faisal Saad, Community Police branch manager at the Musaffah police station, assured that the youth support initiative is achieving its coveted goals, through coordination and cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Education Council, to instill the values of belonging to the country in the youth. Concluding, he stressed the keenness of Abu Dhabi Police, represented by the Peripheral Areas Directorate, to implement its strategy and enhance confidence in the services it provides to community members.
