Brigadier General Ali Mohammed Abdulaziz bin Darwish, Director General of Human Resources at the Ministry of Interior, celebrated the graduation of the third basic level class for women from the Federal Police Academy which included 72 women participants.
The graduation ceremony was attended by Brigadier General Ahmed Abdullah Al Hajeri, Director of Federal Police Academy and Colonel Dr. Jassim Al Bakr, Deputy Director, alongside a number of heads of departments and officers from the Academy.
Brigadier General bin Darwish said that Emirati women police have added another achievement to the track record of the UAE in all fields, and their graduation reflects the aspirations of women members of the police force. He pointed out that Emirati women are major partners in the development of society and capable of excelling in all fields of police work.
At the end of the ceremony, Brigadier General bin Darwish, accompanied by Brigadier General Al Hajeri, handed out gifts and certificates to the distinguished graduates. Fatima Abdullah Ahmad came in first place in terms of general average and shooting, Naima Salem in second place and Latifa Saeed Saif in third place, in terms of general average and first place in infantry. Aliaa Ahmed Ali snatched first place in weaponry and leadership skills.
