Security inspection delegation briefed on latest search procedures in London
A delegation from security inspection department K9 at Abu Dhabi Police visited UK to learn about the latest procedures followed at the airports regarding luggage search by police dogs.
Lit Colonel Hashem Al Sayyed Al Hashemi, deputy director of security inspection said, “The delegation met Abu Dhabi Police mission currently receiving training at the Dogs training Center in London, and was briefed on their training”.
The delegation visited Heathrow international airport and viewed dogs search procedures. It also visited Katoik police station and airport where the delegation members watched documentaries on search procedures at the airport, and also attended practical experience on how to detect drugs at the airport as well as cargo inspection procedures.
The delegation comprised warrant officer Khalid Hamid Matar, warrant officer Salim Ali Saif, 1st sergeant Ibrahim Abdullah and expert Neil Raymond.
