Saif bin Zayed attends honoring ceremony
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Lt. General H.H Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan graced the annual honoring ceremony for top-achievers from the Peripheral Areas Police Directorate.
At the ceremony which was held at the Police Officers Club, Sheikh Saif presented the officers with gifts in recognition for their excellence in leadership, teamwork and criminal investigation.
Present at the ceremony were Major General. Mohammed bin Al Awadhi Al Menhali, the director- general of Human Resources, and acting- director general of Police Operations at Abu Dhabi Police, Brigadier. Omair Al Muhairi, deputy director general of Police Operations, Brigadier. Hammad Al Hammadi, the director of Criminal Investigation Department, Brigadier. Maktoum Al Shareefi, director of the Capital Police Directorate, Colonel. Sheikh Mohammed bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, the director of the Peripheral Areas Police, and a number of officers.
Brig. Al Muhairi, presented the honored officers with gifts, while Col. Sheikh Mohammed bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, presented Brig Al Muhairi with a commemorative trophy.
