The Al Ain Traffic and Patrol Department completed 418,692 transactions applied by 28,953 clients for various kinds of services during the first quarter of this year.
Captain Saeed Ali Al Hassani, Acting Director of Violations and Vehicles Confiscation Department, said: “The Al Ain Traffic Department makes sure to provide distinctive services through the Comprehensive Employee at the Client Service Center in accordance with quality standards. The department also provides the clients with guidance on how to carry out their transactions efficiently so that time is saved and client satisfaction is achieved.”
He pointed out the importance of qualifying, training, and equipping employees (service providers) with all the required skills that will enable them to fulfill their tasks with high performance in accordance with the best practices and rapid turnaround.
The strategy of the Abu Dhabi Traffic and Patrol Directorate gave foremost attention to developing the services provided to the public to have it function in line with the best international quality standards and criteria, and completing transactions and shortening the steps to save the time clients have to spend in the customer service centers of the police directorate.
