The Ministry of Interior honored outstanding children who excelled in the Holy Quran Memorization course, as well as top achievers in the academic year 2012 – 201 from the Al Yasat Kindergarten affiliated to the Abu Dhabi Education Council.
A delegation from the Public Relations Department at the Ministry of Interior, headed by Colonel Obaid Al Zaabi, Head of Public Relations section, visited the kindergarten, where they were greeted by members of the administrative and academic staff.
Colonel Hussein Al Awadhi, Acting Director of Public Relations Department at the Ministry of Interior indicated that this visit reflects the ministry’s keenness to strengthen relations with society’s various institutions. It also comes in line with the Community Police objectives and the ministry’s strategy to enhance relationship with all segments and members of community.
Ms. Zahra Al Hosani, Al Yasat Kindergarten Director thanked the Ministry of Interior for sponsoring this ceremony, which is part of the distinguished initiatives carried out by the ministry, to enhance communication and cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Education Council. Moreover, she pointed out that this initiative provides support to the aspirations of children and their parents, and motivates them to achieve further work and perseverance.
The Ministry of Interior’s delegation included Lt. Colonel Mohammed Saeed Al Niyadi, Director of Internal Relations Branch and First Assistant Halima Alkhzimi.
