Ministry of Interior organizes workshop on public opinion polls
Customers Service Department at the General Directorate of Strategy and Performance Development organized on Tuesday the first workshop on public opinion polls in the Ministry of Interior.
The workshop was hosted by the Police Officers Club in Abu Dhabi, and opened by Lt. Colonel Nasser Khadem Al Kaabi in the presence of a number of officers.
The workshop reviewed customers’ satisfaction and the obstacles to achieve higher percentage of satisfaction on the services delivered by the police.
Participants were made aware of the modern ways of communication between police personnel and members of the public.
Job satisfaction and obstacles to meet this satisfaction were among the topics which the workshop has also addressed.
