Brigadier Ghaith Hassan Al Zaabi, General Director of Traffic Coordination Department at the Ministry of Interior, met with the officers and non-commissioned officers who will be sent to GCC countries to participate in Traffic Week this year.
Brigadier Al Zaabi addressed the delegate officers and non-commissioned officers, extending to them the regards of the police leadership and its wishes for success and good luck in their mission.
He urged them to the best ambassadors of the UAE Ministry of Interior to the GCC countries and to reflect the civilized image of our country.
He added that this participation aims to strengthen cooperation between traffic departments in the GCC to ensure traffic safety and share expertise and knowledge. He also said that this gives the officers an opportunity to gather insight into the GCC experience in this regard, and wished them best luck.
Major Ali Saeed Al Shehhi, Head of Strategy and Performance Development Division of Traffic Coordination Department at the Ministry of Interior attended the meeting.
Gulf Traffic Week is celebrated from March 11th till the 16th in all Gulf Cooperation Countries under the slogan “Together to Reducing Traffic Accidents.”
