The Complaints and Suggestions Department in the Strategy and Performance Development Directorate General in the Ministry of Interior organized a workshop in the Etihad Hall in the Ministry. The workshop was held on “Suggestions, Creativity and Innovation.”
The workshop was inaugurated by Colonel Aziz Hamoud Al Amri, Director General of Strategy and Performance Development Directorate General. The workshop reviewed the tasks of suggestions, creativity and innovation teams at police headquarters which receive all suggestions that were awarded the Director General Award (first prize), then send them to the concerned coordinating committees for opinion, and later on assessed by work teams where Chief in Command Prize winners in the Golden, Silver and Diamond categories are chosen.
Topics related to how to prepare a nomination form for HH Minister of Interior Prize for creativity and innovation for winners of the diamond prize at the general headquarters and the sector level were also discussed.
The workshop highlighted the tasks of suggestions, creativity and innovation work teams in police departments, that are entitled with the tasks of following up the implementation of suggestions in concerned departments, assessing them and choosing the winners of the Director General Prize for the first, second and third categories, in addition to discussing a number of related issues.
