The Ministry of Interior Service Development Team held a meeting at the Client Service Department at the Directorate General of Strategy and Performance Development of the Ministry of Interior, attended by Lieutenant Colonel Khalid Nasr Al Tai, Deputy Team Head and all members.
The meeting tackled the specializations of the team, its organizational structure and tasks entrusted to it, by virtue of the administrative resolution no. 133 of 2012 issued by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior. It also reviewed the classification project of Client Service Centers, considered among the initiatives of UAE Program for Excellent Government Service.
Lieutenant Colonel Al Tai stated that the team is carrying out the tasks and specializations to ensure the implementation of the Ministry’s Policy to develop and improve services at the Ministry service centers, support different sectors to participate in UAE Program for Excellent Government Service, transfer knowledge and spread a culture of excellence in client service centers among individuals and organizational units, as well as back up the Ministry of Interior’s strategy to serve clients and achieve initiatives related to developing services.
For his part, Captain Saeed Mohammed Al Dhuhoori, team rapporteur, explained all the tasks and specializations to the members, and defined the plan and work mechanisms of the upcoming period.
