Major General Staff Obeid Al Hiri Salim Al Kutbi, deputy Commander-in-chief of Abu Dhabi Police awarded medals of excellence to five officers from the Security Media Department, the General Secretariat of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, in recognition of their efforts and dedication in their respective areas of work.
The ceremony was held at the VIP lounge at the Criminal Evidence Department at Abu Dhabi Police GHQ, and was attended by Major General Khalil Dawood Badran, Director General of Finance and Services at Abu Dhabi Police; Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Central Operations at Abu Dhabi Police GHQ; along with a number of officers.
The decorated officers were: Captain Fawaz Ali Abdullah; Captain Jamal Jassim Al Hawssani; Captain Abdel Matlab Al Hammadi; Captain Ibrahim Abdul Basit Al Batih; and civilian Lieutenant Hind Salem Al Muhairi.
Major General Staff Al Kutbi congratulated the honorees, and urged them to pursue further success and excellence, to improve police work, in line with Abu Dhabi Police GHQ’s strategy priorities.
For their part, the honorees expressed their happiness to receive the Excellence medal, which they regard as an incentive for further dedication and excellence to develop all areas of police work.
