Media figure Ya’qoub Al Rousi, General Observer of Emarat FM, will deliver a message on Monday on Emarat FM, Abu Dhabi FM, and Dubai FM to raise public awareness on phone fraud, as part of the “Messages of Community Love” radio campaign launched by the Abu Dhabi Police.

The message urges individuals to ignore SMS messages that delude receivers about winning valuable prizes, and demand the transfer of money to the sender. Listeners are invited to report such messages to the police without any hesitation.

“Messages of Community Love” is a campaign that sends awareness messages to the audience regarding solving family issues, providing advice to parents, calling on audiences to demonstrate civilized cheering in games, exhibiting a sportsmanship spirit, and inviting citizens to unify efforts in fighting drugs and protecting against the dangers they entail.

The campaign also focuses on phone fraud enlightening and warning listeners about this phenomenon. A portion is also dedicated to stressing the importance of complying and abiding by all laws.

The messages are voiced by an elite group of artists, politicians, journalists, directors, athletes, and other prominent society figures.
