Abu Dhabi Police trains 152 in first aids for emergent cases
The Comprehensive Care Section at the Directorate General of Strategy and Performance Development in collaboration with the Department of Emergency and Public safety at ADP has organized a first aids training course attended by Environment, Health and safety Liaison Officers
152 trainees from different ADP GHQ Departments attended the course. They were divided into eight groups. The first and second groups (38 persons) had already received their training. The third group is under training now. The training programme for the remaining groups will continue during the next weeks.
The First Aids training course comes within the framework of the implementation of methodology and requirements of Environment, Health and safety management System (EHSMS) for Abu Dhabi Emirate, and achieving the objectives of Police Leadership of providing an approved paramedic at any working place belongs to ADP, in order to deal with emergencies in ideal timing and professionally.
