The Social Support Centers Department of Abu Dhabi Police called on its psychologists to double the efforts to enhance the level of services provided to customers. It also called on them to develop work mechanisms; to keep pace with the strategies implemented by the Ministry of Interior and Abu Dhabi Police GHQ.
Brigadier Najim al-Hosni, Director of Social Support Centers in Abu Dhabi Police, visited the various Social Support Center’s divisions, and reviewed issues related to the workflow with psychologists. He called on them to maintain the level of performance that earned the Department the International ISO certification.
Al-Hosni commended the tireless efforts of the Social Support Centers’ directors and heads of divisions. He stressed the need for continuous communication between superiors and subordinates, to overcome all obstacles; create a motivational innovative environment; as well as promote development efforts and further improvement.
During the meeting he held at the Department, Brigadier Al-Hosni discussed work mechanisms and tasks assigned to the various divisions. He also assessed the need of these divisions for staff and reviewed means of enhancing communication with strategic partners; namely institutions, private and governmental bodies. These steps aim to serve the public interest and achieve the Department’s social and security objectives.
