The Police Schools Department affiliated with the Abu Dhabi Police Human Resources Directorate General has organized a workshop SWOT analysis project which aims at improving the work, education and training environment at the Police Schools Department.
Head of Education Section at the Police Schools Department, Major Hussein Al Qahtani, said the workshop has studied, discussed and analyzed strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to improve performance and enrich training and education process at the Police schools Department.
The workshop has also reviewed a number of practical training models which were implemented during the training courses held for the new police recruits during the 2010 and 2011.
Present at the workshop were Captain Awadh Al Afari, head of students affairs at the Al Ain’s Traffic Institute and a number of experts, instructors and police officers.
