The Al Mafraq Juveniles Care Center at Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters and the Family Law Prosecution- Abu Dhabi discussed means to enhance mutual cooperation, in a bid to provide juveniles with specialized care and rehabilitative programs to help integrate them into society.

Colonel Dr. Abdullah Muhammed Bu Hindi, Director of the Center, had recently met Mohammed Rashid Al Dhanhani, Head of the Family Law Prosecution in Abu Dhabi at the Juveniles Care Center’s headquarters in Al Mafraq. During the meeting, both parties tackled the legal and social legislations, the processes of reform and rehabilitation according to categories of juvenile delinquents and types of cases, the appropriate solutions, and other related subjects.

Colonel Bu Hindi expressed his thanks to the officials at the Family Law Prosecution in Abu Dhabi for the visit, praising their efforts and full cooperation with the Al Mafraq Juveniles Care Center. He also expressed his immense happiness to see such meetings organized regularly, for their positive impacts on the workflow.

For his part, Mohammed Rashid Ahmed Al Dhanhani praised the advanced education, rehabilitation, and social services provided by the center.

The meeting was attended by Rabab Ghuloom Al Amiri, Director of the Social Education Home for Boys; Walid Hamoud Al Ibri, Director of the Educational Care Center; Lieutenant Colonel Abdullah Salem Al Hosani, Reform and Rehabilitation Branch Manager; in addition to a number of officers and specialists working at the Juveniles Care Center
