The General Directorate for Gurads and Special Tasks in Abu Dhabi Police organized an honor and farewell ceremony for the strategic expert, Philip John Mense, in recognition for the completion of his task. This ceremony was held in the directorate building meeting room in the presence of a large number of officers and employees.
Brigadier General Fares Khalifa Obeid Al Farisi, Director General of Gurads and Special Tasks Directorate, hailed the efforts exerted by Mense in his five-year tenure with the directorate. His expertise in various police fields leading to the constant development of the directorate was recognized, as well as his contribution to the victory of Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters in the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Awards.
The strategic expert, Mense, praised the significant role played by the General Directorate for Gurads and Special Tasks in establishing the security and stability rules of the Emirate through its risk prevention measures and ongoing diligent work.
He also expressed his work satisfaction throughout this period with his team in the Abu Dhabi Police, pointing out that the team was committed over the past years to achieve permanent development and sustainable knowledge. He added that he learned a great deal from the Abu Dhabi Police, and was thankful for the generosity and Arabian hospitality of the UAE citizens that was extended to him.
He also thanked the Police Leadership, specifically, the Strategic Planning Branch for its interest and determination in gathering outstanding experiences for the further development of all police fields.
