204 students graduate from Police College

UAE WILL CONTINUE TO BE OASIS OF SECURIY, STABILITY : HH SHEIKH SULTAN BIN ZYAED AL NAHYAN

The 14th batch of cadets and certified officers passed out from the Abu Dhabi Police College in a grand ceremony held at the college under the patronage of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of UAE Armed Forces.

The ceremony was attended by Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister. It was also attended by Maj-Gen Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan the Ministry's Under Secretary. A number of Sheikhs, diplomats, dignitaries, ministers and senior officers were also present.

The graduating cadets put up an impressive display which won them a great applause from the gathering.

The Graduating batch included 204 students including 152 cadets and 52 certified officers, In addition to UAE students, there were also students from Kingdom of Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Yemen.

Director-General of the College, Colonel Hashim Sarhan said the college was committed to carrying out its mission of preparing officers who would join the police forces in building the nation
