Workshops to develop MoI strategy at the Northern Emirates
MoI Directorate General of Strategy and Performance Development has organized recently a number of workshops at the Police Directorates of Sharjah, RAK, Ajman and Um Al Quwein, attended by Directors of Departments, with a view to complete projects commencement documents (MoI Initiatives).
Colonel Mohammad Humeid Dalmooj Al Dhahri, MoI Director General of Strategy and Performance Development stated that “The first stage of workshops organized to collect information and data to complete the documents required for commencement of projects (Initiatives)”.
“Another stage would follow so as to complete these data with participation of all concerned departments, to ensure meeting excellence programme requirements, in order to pave the way for creativity, innovation and responsibility support, and to ensure internal compliance by departments, which would enable MoI to start implementation of strategic change programme appropriately”, added Al Dhahri.
