The Al Ain Residency and Foreigners Affairs organized a workshop on organizational excellence in the various fields of work, for department heads and staff of the Strategy and Performance Development and Communications officers in the Department; in the presence of Colonel Khalifa Mattar Mubarak Balqhoba Al Humairi; Director of the Al Ain Residency and Foreigners Affairs.
During the workshop, Lt. Colonel Mohammed Al Nabhani, Director of Strategy and Performance Development at the Office of Assistant Undersecretary for Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, gave an overview on the standards of the Ministry’s methodologies, in addition to the strategy and work development and means to elevate it to the highest levels, as well as the quality of functional performance; particularly regarding the scope of work and services provided for internal and external clients.
The workshop comes in line with Department’s continuous keenness to provide services as per the best quality standards, in order to enhance the level of functional performance of its employees, and provide distinguished services to the public.
The workshop was attended by Lt. Colonel Mohammed Sultan Al Dhaheri, Deputy Director of the Department, as well as Department and Branches directors, and a number of officers from the Department.
