USA lauds MoI in drug combating

Edward Smith, American liaison officer praised the efforts of the General Directorate of Criminal Security and the General Directorate of  Drug Enforcement in the field of drug trafficking and precursors.

Major General Khamis bin Suwaif, Director General of Criminal Security met with Smith on the occasion of the expiry of his tenure in the country.

Several joint issues have been discussed between the two sides especially issues pertaining to drug combating and precursors control. At the end of the visit, bin Suwaif presented souvenirs to the US liaison officer.
