Traffic week begins

 

Focus on Collective responsibility

 

 

The 20th G.C.C. Traffic week programs is to kick start from Marina mall on 20th March which is organized by the Ministry of Interior and Abu Dhabi Police

 

The function is set to be opened by Major general Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Under Secretary to the Ministry of Interior.

 

The week long program will be conducted with co operation from other Ministries ,Government and Private organizations with the campaign theme

“Traffic Safety is a Collective responsibility”

 

The aim of the campaign is to create safety awareness in the road users and the campaign organized by the Abu Dhabi police will go for a month which will cover Al Ain and the western region as well.

 

Traffic village at Marina mall

 

A Traffic village has been set up at the Marina Mall  showcasing road safety net work, with toy cars and motor cycles where children can get acquainted with road regulations and safety measures

 

The Traffic village will also host road shows and competitions for the families and the participants will have a chance to win cash prizes
