Traffic Department organize a workshop on strategic planning
The ADP Traffic and Patrols Department organized a workshop on strategic planning and balanced performance card. Directors of Departments, Heads of Sections, officers, NCOs and personnel participated in the workshop.
Lt. Colonel Ahmed Al Zayoodi, Director of Strategic Planning Branch at the Traffic and Patrols Department stated that the workshop continued for three days where the participants were provided with the basics and scientific approaches of strategic planning in traffic areas.
Expert (Dr.) Mohammad Ahmed Awadh, Strategy Expert at the office of the Director General of Policing Operations at ADP said “Theoretical and practical lectures were delivered during the workshop to acquaint participants with required skills and knowledge of strategic planning and how to identify future objectives and initiatives”.
