Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan met earlier at his office a delegation from the French Civil Defence.
 
The delegation is currently in a visit to the country which aims to enhance ways of cooperation and exchange of expertise in the procedure of civil defence.
 
Sheikh Saif lauded the relations of distinguished cooperation linking the UAE and France, praising the development attained by departments of French police in all activities.
 
For his part, the visiting delegation praised the progress being witnessed by the UAE in all walks of live, which helped it to occupy a prestigious position among the world countries.
 
The delegation was also impressed with the services which police apparatus delivers to the public, to support security and stability.
 
The meeting was attended by Lt. General Saif Abdullah Al Shaafar, undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Maj. General Nasser Lekhrebani Al Nuaimi, secretary-general of the Office of HH Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and Maj. General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, director – general of Abu Dhabi Police Central Operations.
