SAAED Society to Reduce Traffic Accidents, in coordination and cooperation with Family Development Center in Ajman, organized a traffic lecture to enhance level of traffic culture among around 80 schoolgirls of Khawla bin Thaalba primary school.
The lectures focused on delivering awareness message using illustrative models, said Lt Colonel Jamal Salem Al Ameri, executive director of SAAED society. Awareness message has focused on ways of boarding and leaving off the school buses; safety of schoolgirls inside the bus; methods of pedestrians crossing and the importance of seating children on the back seats of the vehicles.
Within its strategies which aim at disseminating traffic culture among all the community segments, the Society distributes many publications in both Arabic and English, including books on Federal traffic law, traffic booklets for kids and traffic offences and fines books.
