The Police Schools Department, of the Human Resources Directorate General at Abu Dhabi Police, organized a field visit program for the new police recruits today, Thursday. The field visits were held at the Al Murabba, Al Maqam, and Hili police stations of the Al Ain Police Directorate where the recruits were introduced to the reality of police field work. This introduction coincides with the academic curriculum of the recruits’ Basic Training Course that is currently held at the Suwaihan Police Schools Department.
Directors of the police stations gave detailed explanations regarding the disciplines and functions of the police and security centers in the promotion of security and stability. They also reviewed the administrative divisions of these stations and their stages of development in order to improve the quality of security services provided to the public. The recruits were acquainted with the most important issues of the day, alongside the corresponding actions that had been taken, and were also briefed on how to regulate the relationship between the police and the community.
