New mechanism for honoring
distinguished employees in Al Ain Residency Department
The Committee for Honoring Distinguished Employees at Al Ain Department of Residency and Foreigners Affairs has held a meeting chaired by Lt. Colonel Saeed Salim Balhas Al Shamsi, Deputy Director of the Department.
The meeting has approved a new mechanism for honoring distinguished employees of the Department, to include all distinguished employees in the Department. A prize under the title The Distinguished Section Award has been introduced, in order to encourage group work and team spirit. The Distinguished customer ward has also been introduced.
The new mechanism confirms the Department approach to adopt incentives policy as an effective method to achieve goals, through steering employees’ behaviors, developing their standard of performance, increasing their productivity, raising their morale and strengthening their feeling of belonging.
The meeting was attended by Lt. Colonel Saeed Salim Balhas Al Shamsi, Deputy Director of the Department, Captain Khalifa Al Kaabi, Director of Public Relations and Customer Service Branch, Captain Mubarak Al Shamsi, Head of Resources and Support Services Section, Lt. Badriah Al Fazari, Director of Strategy and Performance Development Branch.
