MoU between Abu Dhabi Police and Hamaleel magazine
Correctional and Punitive Institutions Department at Abu Dhabi Police signed a memorandum of understanding with Hamaleel cultural magazine with the aim of publishing the writings of the inmates as well as the news related to the correctional institutions.
Director of Correctional and Punitive Institutions Colonel Mohammed Saif Al Zaabi signed the MoU On behalf of Abu Dhabi Police, while Khalid Al Eissa, editor director signed on behalf of Hamaleel magazine.
“Signing of the agreement allows inmates to express their poetry and literary contributions, a thing which helps discover the talents of the inmates, said Al Zaabi.
