The Ministry of Interior recently honored the teams participating in the Minister of Interior’s Excellence Award in its second edition, at the level of the Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Support Services Sector. The ceremony was held in the conference room at the ministry’s headquarters.
In his speech on the occasion, Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of the Interior for Resources and Support Services, confirmed that the honoring is in pursuance of the police leadership’s instructions. It aims to acknowledge the significant and distinguished efforts exerted by the honorees in preparing the nomination files at the ministry’s level.
Moreover, Al Khaili urged the honorees to redouble the efforts and to always work within z team spirit. He also called upon them to leverage this distinguished achievement as an incentive strive for further accomplishments, so as to enhance the remarkable stature attained by the Ministry of Interior in various fields.
Major General Al Khaili handed the certificates to the distinguished leaders who succeeded in completing the annual performance assessment forms for the year 2012. He also honored the participating teams in H.H. the Minister of Interior’s Award from the Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Support Services Sector.
The honoring ceremony was attended by directors general, heads of departments, heads and members of the Award’s participating teams, as well as a number of officers from the Ministry of Interior.
