The Strategy and Performance Development Directorate General at the General Secretariat of the Office of H.H Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Interior honored coordinators and organizers of complaints and suggestions from the different sectors of the Ministry of Interior and police general headquarters across the country. The ceremony, which was organized by the Complaints and Suggestions Department, was held in the auditorium at the Ministry of Interior’s headquarters.
Colonel Mohammed Hamid bin Dalmouj Al Dhaheri, Strategy and Performance Development Director General, praised the distinguished efforts to achieve the highest level of public satisfaction by attaining prestigious rates in processing complaints as well as providing and analyzing suggestions. He also stressed the importance to follow-up on and to resolve complaints, find the adequate solutions, provide distinguished services to customers, and enhance the level of police work.
A large number of officers, non-commissioned officers, constables and female staff members were honored during the ceremony, which was attended by Major Dr. Ali Abdullah Bin Daen Al Ghafli, Head of the Corporate Excellence Department, along with a number of officers and staff members from the Ministry og Interior.
Towards the end of the ceremony, Major Dr. Al Ghafli distributed gifts and certificates to the honorees.
