The Ministry of Interior has set the working hours at the General Departments of Residency and Foreigners’ Affairs, during the Holy month of Ramadan. Working hours will be from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM at all service divisions, in order to ensure speedy completion of paperwork for customers and to avoid work pressure and overcrowding.
Major General Nasser Al Awadi Al Menhali, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs, announced that working teams have been set up to carry out and complete paperwork for the public, in order to improve the services delivered to the public and establish the concepts of comprehensive quality.
On this occasion of the Holy month of Ramadan, Major General Al Menhali extended his most sincere congratulations to the highest leadership, stressing the keenness of the General Departments of Residency and Foreigners’ Affairs across the country to deliver its distinguished high-quality services year-round. He noted that the General Departments of Residency and Foreigners’ Affairs exert additional efforts during the various events to make things easier for the public and guarantee a seamless workflow. Major General Al Menhali also praised the efforts exerted by the employees of these Departments for responding well with the new instructions, in line with their keenness to deliver the best services to the public.
