The Ministry of Interior signed today morning (Sunday) a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with the aim to strengthen partnership, promote cooperation and achieve the strategic objectives of both sides.

The memorandum was signed at the Ministry of Interior by HE Lieutenant General Saif Abdullah Al Shafar, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior; and HE Jumaa Mubarak Al Junaibi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

This memorandum aims to strengthen partnerships in all domains, through continuous cooperation and coordination, in order to serves the interests of both the ministries in implementing their plans and programs in training and IT fields, and to achieves their desired objectives.

On the occasion, the two ministries exchanged commemorative shields during the signing ceremony that was attended by Brigadier General Mohamed Saleh Badah Al Awadi, Acting Director of Public Relations Department; Colonel Aziz Hammoud Al Ameri, Director of the Strategy and Performance Development Department; and Major Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Juwaiyed from the International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Interior.
