Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Support Services at the Ministry of Interior, honored the Human Resources Standard and Results team at the Ministry’s headquarters, for winning the UAE Award for Excellence Government Performance at the second session of the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Awards 2012.
In his address on the occasion, Al Khaili reaffirmed the Ministry’s solicitude to carry on spreading a culture of quality and excellence among its employees, including them in internal and external courses to keep in pace with recent developments and acquaint them with leading experiences, which greatly contributes to enhancing their capacities and unleashing their creative potential.
He congratulated the excellence team, emphasizing the need to implement and encourage innovative ideas which improve strategic and development efforts to advance police and security work to world-class levels.
The ceremony was attended by Brigadier General Ali Abdulaziz bin Darwish, Director General of Human Resources at the Ministry of Interior, alongside Department Directors and General Administration Officers.
