Quality Department in the Strategy and Performance Development Directorate General organized in cooperation with a consultancy company two workshops highlighting achievements of the Administrative Processes Project (2011-2012) in the Ministry, and highlighted the operational plan of the project for the year 2013.

195 commissioned and non-commissioned officers participated in the workshops, in addition to administrative processes coordinators and representatives of organizational units in different police headquarters in the UAE.

Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Saeed Matar Al Seraidi, Head of Quality Department said that the administrative Processes development project aims to elevate the level of Processes and procedures in different policing fields in line with the trends adopted by the police leaderships.

He explained that the goal of the workshops is to show the link between the plan and the strategic objectives, discuss related updates, and link them to services provided by the Ministry and to the main commitments in the approaches adopted by the Ministry in order to achieve quality and excellence in police work.
