A delegation from the Ministry of Culture checked the work of Project Management Office at the Strategy and Performance Development Directorate General, the General Secretariat of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.
Lieutenant Colonel Abdul Rahman Al Nuaimi, Office Director, met the delegation headed by the cultural counselor Basima Younis, accompanied with Munira Al Rashoud, Director of Strategic Planning Department, and Rasha Yehia, Director of follow-up Office in the bureau of the Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services at the Ministry of Culture. During the meeting, the participants discussed means to enhance cooperation between the two parties in areas of common interest.
Lieutenant Colonel Al Nuaimi assured the keenness of the Ministry of Interior to harness all its potential to enhance cooperation; exchange knowledge with various government agencies; as well as develop and improve the level of government performance, according to international-best advanced standards.
At the end of the visit, Captain Hamdan Rashid Yamahi, from the Project Management Office, gave a detailed presentation about project management mechanisms at the Ministry of Interior. Lieutenant Colonel Al Nuaimi presented commemorative shields to the visiting delegation, in recognition of the Ministry of Culture’s role in spreading cultural awareness among all community members.
