A delegation from the Leadership Development and Creativity Center at the General Secretariat of His Highness Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior, visited the Harvard University in the USA. The delegation, led by Major Dr. Omar Al Ali, Chief of Competency Assessment Section at the center, discussed means to enhance mutual cooperation and partnership with Harvard.
During the visit, the two parties reviewed opportunities to develop leadership competencies and the strategies to raise the standards of the MOI’s leaderships; by organizing training courses by the University for the benefit of MOI’s officers.
The delegation offered the University’s administration a copy of the book titled “Management of Change from Operational Perspective", written by Major General Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.
Members of the delegation included namely; Major Dr. Ali Abdulla Al Ghafli, Chief of Operations Section at the Strategy and Performance Development Department at Abu Dhabi Police; and Major Fahed Ismail Al Hosani, Chief of the Creativity Sponsorship Section at the Center.
