Brigadier Dr. Ibrahim Mahmoud bin Abdurrahman, CEO of Hamdan bin Mohammed e-University, said: “The United Arab Emirates has leaders who inspire creativity and development. It is a country that inspires creative thought originating from the founder of the union, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God have mercy upon his soul.”
These comments were made during a lecture delivered by the CEO recently at the Al Ain Police Officers’ Club under the title: “Creative Leadership: Complexity and Simplicity.” The lecture was organized by the Sheikha Shamsa Bint Suhail Center for Creative Women. Hala Abdul Malik, Media Consultant at the center, many Al Ain Police members and officers, and a number of officials from the Hamdan bin Mohammed e-University were present.
Dr. Abdurrahman addressed a number of important topics, such as creativity in planning. He also stressed the importance of introducing employees to the vision and goals of their institutions and motivating the institutional work process.
