A delegation from the Leadership Development and Creativity Center at the General Secretariat of His Highness Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior, visited the UAE Armed Forces Assessment Centre. The visit aims to discuss ways to enhance the efforts of improvement and development, with the best practices and applications in the Leadership Assessment and Development and Sponsoring Innovators.
The delegation met Lt. Colonel Suleiman Ahmad Al Zhouri, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the UAE Armed Forces Assessment Centre, along with Lt. Colonel Saif Mohammed Al Ketbi, and Lt. Colonel Abdul Mon’em Rashid Al Sharhan.
The delegation, led by Lt. Colonel Saif Hamid Al Dir’e, Director of the Leadership Development and Creativity Center at the General Secretariat of His Highness Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior, included Major Dr. Omar Ibrahim Al Ali, and First Lieutenant Rashid Saeed Al Hassani.
Lt. Colonel Suleiman Ahmad Al Zhouri gave a presentation showcasing the Center’s mission and vision. Both parties exchanged views on the mechanism of assessment and the targeted category. Moreover, the delegation reviewed the assessment process at the Center and the tests undertaken by the recruits. At the end of the visit, both parties agreed to promote the exchange of experiences to further develop assessment tests, develop competencies and leadership models.
