K9 graduates 56 of its personnel
The Security Inspection Department “K9” at the General Directorate of Security and Ports, Abu Dhabi Police has recently celebrated the graduation ceremony of 56 of its personnel who completed the basic course for dog handlers which lasted for one month.
Abu Dhabi Police is keen on developing the capabilities of its personnel in line with its strategy which aims at promoting security and stability, said Colonel Jamal Habash, director of the K9 while addressing the ceremony.
He thanked Weapons and Explosives Department and Drug Enforcement Section for their participation at the training program by delivering a number of lectures.
The graduates presented shows where they displayed good skills in dog handling and arrest of outlaws.
At the end of the event, Colonel Habash handed over certificates to the graduates and wished them further success.
