Human Resources initiatives discussed

The General Directorate of Strategy and Performance Development held the coordinative meeting for the General Directorate of Human Resources at the Ministry of Interior.

Present at the meeting, which was held at the ministry’s premises, were Brigadier Ali Mohammed bin Darwish, director of Human Resources at the Ministry of Interior, Colonel Faisal Al Shu’aibi, executive director of Comprehensive Development Project 2011-2013, as well as directors of human resources at the police headquarters across the country.

In the beginning, Colonel Al Shu’aibi briefed the participants on the Project, its importance and phases of implementation.

Participants also reviewed the initiatives of the General Directorate of Human Resources with the aim of getting them integrated in order to achieve as great benefit as possible, reach optimum use of human resources, and support communication process between the Directorate and all departments affiliated with the police general headquarters countrywide.
