The Human Resources General Department at the Ministry of Interior held a meeting on Tuesday, presided by Brigadier General Ali Abdulaziz bin Darwish, Director General of Human Resources Department, Ministry of Interior, in the conference room at the ministry.
During the meeting, attended by department directors, head of divisions, branch directors, officers, NOCs and civilians; the Inclusive Strategic Development Project was discussed.
Brigadier Darwish reviewed the Department’s strategy, stressing the importance of motivation, in providing suggestions and creative ideas, as well as communication and teamwork.
He also stressed the importance of the Major Operations Project of the Human Resources, which includes management of resources and support, as well management and planning of human resources and operational procedures, and reviewed the general strategy of the Human Resources General Department 2011-2013, emerging from the strategy of the Ministry of Interior. Moreover, the key performance indicators, initiatives of the General Directorate and other related topics were also discussed at the meeting.
