HH Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, President Emeritus of the UAE Association for Strategic Planning, called for an annual conference to be held by the Association, in cooperation with the Federal National Council (FNC) to achieve the “UAE Vision 2021”.
The first strategic planning annual conference titled "UAE Vision 2021", which was held in Sheikh Zayed Hall at the FNC in Abu Dhabi, under the patronage of HH the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior, and President Emeritus of the Association, recommended the creation of a higher council for education in the state, to establish uniform standards and targets for the Ministry of Education and boards of education.
It also recommended the formation of an economic security council to achieve integration between local and federal economies.
The conference also recommended achieving the comprehensive security concepts, which enhance loyalty and dedication to the state, its president and its people. This would promote the country’s international status, and instill Emirati values and national identity, according to a well-thought coherent plan.
