The Special Security Forces Headquarters at the Ministry of Interior celebrated the graduation of two specialized courses in policing and security fields. The course was held at the Ministry’s Special Security Forces Institute in the Merbah area in Fujairah, and was attended by a number of recruits from the various departments at the Ministry.

Colonel Mohammed Rashid Al Suwaidi, Director of Operations Department at the Special Security Forces, emphasized that these courses come in line with the Special Security Forces Institute’s annual training plan and are part of the Leadership’s development strategy, to qualify and train police recruits to keep pace with the latest developments in the field of security work.

Furthermore, he urged graduates to redouble efforts to improve police work, and enhance their scientific and practical capabilities, so as to be able to assume the great responsibilities to maintain the progress and development process in the country.

The ceremony was attended by Major Bader Saleh Al Marzouqi, Director of the Special Security Forces Institute; Major Mohammed Obaid Al Yamahi, Head of Learning Department, and a number of the Institute’s officers.
