Etihad Airways employees receive training in the use of extinguishers
100 of Etihad Airways Company received practical training in the use of fire extinguishers, during a training course organized by the Training Section at ADP Department of Emergency and Public safety. They also learned about the methods of protection against fire and how to face fires.
Major Omer Al Dhahri, Head of Training Section has affirmed that the Department of emergency and public safety is keen to provide training programmes for different public and private agencies personnel in addition to school students, to educate them on different areas related to dealing with fires, first aids etc.
Instructors of the programme are qualified nationals from the Department.
