Abu Dhabi Center for Environment, Health and Safety associated with the Government of Abu Dhabi, has approved the documents of environment, health and occupational safety for Abu Dhabi Police thus becoming an entity taking the lead to reach the best sustainable environmental practices and undertaking all its operations responsibly, in accordance with the environment, health and occupational safety laws.
Major Gen. Nasser Salem Lekhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of H.H the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior’s Office, said that Abu Dhabi Police GHQ has completed its policy on environment, health and safety according to the best applicable standards, and handed over a report with the same to Abu Dhabi Center for Environment, Health and Safety.
He highlighted the keenness of Abu Dhabi Police to commit itself to follow the strategy of the Government of Abu Dhabi which aims at promoting environment, health and safety in our society to be within the best advanced international standards. He clarified that Abu Dhabi Police GHQ is committed to continuously improve the environmental performance of its activities, and looks forward to reduce, within its operations, the negative impacts on the environment.
