The Knowledge Centre at the Strategy and Performance Development General Directorate, at Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters, organized a brainstorming session at the Police Officers Club.
A number of officers and non-commissioned officers from different departments participated in the session, which tackled several topics, notably, creativity and innovation management; learning and cognition; change management; and the distinguished laboratory for the ADP Operations Room.
Participants emphasized the Higher Leadership’s instrumental role and valuable support, in ensuring the success of the change and creativity policy at Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters. They also praised the Higher Leadership’s keenness to involve staff members in the quest for quality and development.
Participants also valued the Higher Leadership’s constant motivation of staff members to show creativity and innovation to develop work, as well as their keenness to honor distinguished personnel.
Participants enriched the session with valuable proposals and presented purposeful inquiries related to the tackled topics. It is worth mentioning that brainstorming sessions are a part of the good practices that help develop work and improve performance.
