Al Ain Residency and Foreigners Affairs Department organized an awareness campaign for reporters and daily workers -who were divided into groups during the program- at all the Department divisions, to spread corporate awareness among them.
The awareness campaign comes in line with the policy adopted by the Department in regards to awareness spreading, with the aim of ensuring the preparation of staff that are well aware of the basics and principles of the Department’s strategy, and with the objectives of achieving total quality to create a distinguished corporate environment with the aim of reaching to corporate excellence.
First lieutenant Badriah Al Fazari, Strategy and Performance Development Branch asserted the importance of educating this category of department staff, and spreading corporate awareness among them through explaining the major aspects that include corporate excellence, and the importance of energy saving. Mr. Batti Ali Al Dhahiri gave a presentation of the scientific material related to the topic, in Urdu language to the staff attending the event.
Concluding, major difficulties and obstacles facing this category of workers, proper corrective measures related to such issues, and means to prevent the through advices and directives in the field of corporate excellence, were discussed.
