Al Sha’far inspects FNC elections polling stations
Lt Colonel Saif Abdullah Al Sha’far, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, and Chairman of the Higher Security Committee for Elections of Federal National Council (FNC) paid an inspection visit on Saturday morning to the polling stations at al Jazira Sport Club, and the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC).
He examined the security procedures followed to ensure the electoral process at these stations.
He toured the main voting hall to learn about the facilities provided to voters. He also got acquainted with the electronic voting system and ensured that all procedures were proper.
He lauded the good organization of the elections which enabled voters to exercise their voting rights easily.
Al Sha’far is inspecting all polling stations, including visits to Dubai, Sharqah and other emirates.
