A student delegation from the Al Andalus Private Academy in Al Ain, visited on Thursday, the Al Ain Police Operations Room, and got acquainted with the tasks and services that it provides to society members.
During their tour on the sections and branches of the Operations Room, students were introduced to the role of each organizational unit; how notifications are received and referred to the proper entities, who deal with the daily situations. They also reviewed the modern cutting-edge communication tools and technologies; the digital mapping system to locate accidents across Al Ain City.
The notifications call center employees gave students the opportunity to listen to real accidents notifications, in order to acquaint them with the vital role carried out by the Operations Room, for the benefit of all segments of society.
Students expressed their admiration for the great progress achieved by the Al Ain Police Operations Room, and thanked the officers and employees of the Operations Room for the warm welcome.
