First Lieutenant Ahmed Shames Al Menhali, Officer at the Coordination and Follow up Office of Al Ain Naturalization and Residency Department, met a department’s visitor with disability, and explained to him the services provided by the department to individuals with disabilities.
The First Lieutenant briefed the visitor about the laws and procedures followed at the department, and its keenness to reduce difficulties faced by visitors, and to provide distinct services to them especially to those with disabilities, in order to reach to the desired goals that serve the public interest.
The initiative comes in line with the keenness of the department to promote its relations with all segments of the society as per the strategy of the Ministry of Interior, and simplify the procedures. It also comes in line with the values that urge the department to assist all segments of the society in completing procedures at the department.
At the conclusion of the meeting, First Lieutenant Ahmed Shames Al Menhali presented a memorial gift to the visitor who in turn thanked the department for its services.
